The Forbidden Fruit is the true pleasure wine to drink with friends and it is organic.
Presentation
Presentation
The name comes from a very old plot of Cinsault which at the time was a somewhat despised grape variety: our winemaker neighbors advised us to uproot it. But we fell in love with the wines it produced, with a finesse and incomparable fruitiness. The name Fruit Défendu perfectly suits this wine for its intense expression of fruits, but it also means to us the defense of this grape variety that was then on the brink of extinction.
Terroir
We buy grapes from neighboring winemakers on predominantly clay-limestone terroirs.
