A true Rosé of pleasure to accompany beautiful summer evenings with friends!
Presentation
Presentation
The name comes from a very old plot of Cinsault which at the time was a somewhat despised grape variety: our winemaker neighbors advised us to uproot it. But we fell in love with the wines it produced, with an incomparable finesse and fruitiness.
Terroir
We buy grapes from neighboring winemakers on predominantly clay-limestone terroirs.
In the vineyard
The vineyards are worked according to the rules of the art with always the greatest respect for the environment.
